Dr Bj Borden a 2026 a Summa Cum Laude graduate  of The Doctoral Program in Human Services Leadership and Organizational Management of Capella University. Also a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success.

Beyond academia, Dr. Borden is an active member of various esteemed organizations, including the Hiram Grand Masonic Lodge, Mu Gamma Chapter of Pi Sigma Alpha, and the National Political Science Honor Society. His commitment extends to the University of Baltimore Alumni Association, National Notary Association, and past presidency of the Belair Rd Business Association.

In the community, Dr. Borden serves as a Director on the Board of Howard County Youth Program, Inc (HCYP) and holds the position of Director of Basketball Operations for HCYP Basketball. As a Licensed Maryland Realtor, he brings a wealth of experience to the real estate realm and holds memberships with the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and Howard County Association of Realtors (HCAR). Recognized as a Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Dr. Borden's expertise ensures top-notch real estate services.

Beyond professional endeavors, Dr. Borden is the President and Founder of the Skyy 2 Win Youth Foundation, Inc., embodying his commitment to youth development. His diverse skill set includes recognition from Professional Coin Grading Services (PCGS) and Numismatic Guaranty Corporation (NGC). Additionally, as a USA Basketball Gold Level Coach and Positive Coaching Alliance Certified Coach (PCA), Dr. Borden brings leadership and coaching excellence to the forefront.

With a remarkable portfolio of achievements and a deep-rooted commitment to community and youth, Dr. B.J. Borden is not just the face of Borden Insurance Agency but a leader dedicated to making a positive impact in various spheres of life.

Also in 2025 Dylin Young Borden started working at the agency fulltime  after receiving his Masters Degree from Albright College and Undergraduate Degree in Psychology  from Millersville University. Dylin played college Basketball for California Pa , Millersville University and Albright College. Dylin was the PSAC defensive player of the year and was a member to the Cal Pa D2 Tournament Sweet Sixteen team as well as NCAa Tournament team for Millersville. Dylin aka “Mookie” is a graduate of Annapolis Area Christian High School where he was an all Baltimore  MIAA A Conference Player in Basketball as well as Lacrosse. Dylin was also All Anne Arundel County in Basketball and Lacrosse . Dylin is a natural born leader and will fit in nicely for the future of the agency. Dylin is now the Assistant Mens Varisty Basketball Coach at Annapolis  Area Christian High School.
